The Girl On The Train is a decent attempt at best. Those who have the original will be in for a surprise as there are a lot of changes and newer characters and plot points. 1st half is fine and from start to finish, the pace is quick. From the start to the ending i could not take my eyes away from the movie. I was in some sort of trance. I could feel the pain that the characters felt. I was blown away how the movie was construed.

A very different and entertaining film. A film you would or will never see in indian films. Three cheers for Anil Kapoor for doing a very risky role along with his family. It is not easy to laugh at yourself and your mistakes. Anurag Kashyap is good as the villain. These two are the central characters along with cameos from Sonam Kapoor and Harshavardhan kapoor. In these times of remakes this film is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely recommended.

The writing was that of a fourth grader's school assembly. The design was absent from the story. The story made no sense in any way whatsoever. It was so long. So so very long. These were good actors giving the worst performances. The editors and director should be apologizing to the actors for choosing these takes. The concept was dumb and inconsistent. The extras felt like they were told to ham it up. It held up every awful stereotype. The relationships felt like most of the people met that day, and were uncomfortable around each other. It was not even fun. It had a couple of decent nonsensical action scenes, but the constant shift in her powers, and the overuse of the lasso were unflattering. I am embarrassed for everyone involved in the decision making for this film. The first movie was so good - and this was no just a bad sequel, but the worst superhero movie I have ever seen - and I have seen almost all of them. I often get accused of being too easy on certain films. I would maintain, the above is STILL going easy on this film. Horrendous on every level.

Plot was good. You won't regret watching it, it's a fun and time pass movie. Don't look for logic or strong story in it just enjoy. Direction would have been batter. Rather then putting unnecessary comedy scenes, some focus on story was needed. Kiara was the soul of movie and she has given her best u will love her and Aditya's work. Mallika did a great job too. Overall it's a nice time pass movie with a good message at the ending.

This movie was fantastic, I bought it to watch with my friends in college and we were all laughing hysterically at the clever jokes throughout the movie. Kids will catch most of the jokes, Adults will catch even more that will convince you that this film is golden and meant for the ages. It was compelling enough that we were all moved by the animations of the characters and the voices of the actors. It was beautifully cast for the voice actors and could not have been done better.
