I don't care what critics say, I have not laughed this hard at a movie in a long time. The fact that it really is based on a true story of a 22yr long game of tag played by friends just blows the mind. Many of the scenes in this movie are based around real scenarios from the actual groups game. To add to the absurdity of the story, they shoot the take downs like full on crazy action sequences from a jason bourne film. It really is a fun film, and worth a watch if you want a good laugh.
I really enjoyed seeing this with my 12 year old basketball fan. I was not expecting much because of the nature of the cast, but I thought Kyrie was actually a very good actor, and also the performance of Tiffany Haddish was particularly funny. It was just a very silly, light hearted film where the underdog gets to win, and you get to see a lot of fun fantasy basketball and amusing dancing. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the film. If you have any little basketball fans at home, you might have fun too!
Rajkumar Hirani's "Sanju" is a true gem of a biopic. The movie works mostly due to Ranbir Kapoor's convincing and strong performance of Sanjay Dutt. Not only does he perfectly capture the dialogue presented in the film, but he also gets all of Dutt's movements and mannerisms down almost perfectly. The film feels like a combination of two different movies. The first half is an addiction drama and the second is a bold critique of the media. All of it is fascinating and entertaining to watch. While Kapoor is clearly the star of the movie all of the supporting work is also top notch. The movie is an emotional rollercoaster that keeps you guessing at every turn. One sequence, in particular, is very moving and handled extremely well. Dutt is not always portrayed as likable but a flawed character is always the most compelling, and by the end of it, he becomes someone you can root for. Overall, it is a fantastic movie that I loved experiencing and felt inspired and moved by.
Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation was not the best nor the worst movie of the trilogy, of course it is full of great adventures, new characters, the plot is perfect. It shows us that we have to live more with the family, spend some time to rest, among other things. It was a great movie, although I did not see the conclusion of the story.
I have seen the movie its not that great. Acting is also average. The story is as usual how a sportsmen struggles but here he was paralyzed. I suggest not a great movie to watch.'Soorma' is a fairly enjoyable sports drama which despite a few underwhelming factors is uplifted by Diljit Dosanjh's earnest performance.
