Honestly when i first watched the trailers ... I thought this will be an average movie. But after entering the theater i got completely hooked from the first scene till the end credits. The movie has a complete balance of humor and emotions. The character development of Spider-Man is very well done by the MCU. Spider-Man is alone now and has to take all the decisions by himself. It was a treat to watch this film as it was full of surprises !!
Article 15, as the name suggests is based on age old caste based discrimination that exists in our society. Ayushman Khuranna is an IPS officer who gets his first posting in the village of Lalgaon,UP. Only a couple of days before the date of joining, a gangrape followed by murder takes place where the two vicitms turn out to be of the lower caste. The film majorly highlights the plight of the lower caste people who live in villages like Lalgaon, where they face a prejudice by not only the upper caste but by the state institutions also. Anubhav Sinha has created a masterpiece, the film gives a feeling of a documentary and it feels nothing like a conventional Bollywood film based out of a small village of UP. Strangely, the film has no song nor does it have any dance sequence( which is a good thing). The film has used good humour which is evident from the fact that the viewers can be seen giggling at caste based jokes which goes on to show that the director has pulled the humour part beautifully without hurting the sentiments of the general public. In my opinion, Ayushman deserves a national award for this film since he has played his part beautifully. Thus, the viewers can expect themselves to be glued to their seats for the most part and can also expect a nail biting end.
Toy Story 4 has some good moments, but the storyline was lacking, jumping from sub-plot to sub-plot. The central plot of Woody's purpose got lost in the shuffle and the movie ended terribly. It left my son bawling tears of sadness. Where Toy Story 3 had a great ending to the series
Shahid kapoor has nailed his acting. He proves he can act tremendously, be it his attitude or obsessive love. Thanks to director for providing a movie which though is a remake but still can be struck in the heart quite brilliantly. Kudos. The leading lady, her scenes with the protagonist is worth watching. The supporting characters Arjun bajwa and Soham made the film a great one by their portrayals. The songs are the lifelines of the movie. Editing is the sole minus point of the movie.
This movie proves that the "it can't be bad if _______is in it" idea is a lie. Even the great Samuel L. Jackson can't carry this turd. He's perfect for the part, but the cheesy clichés and awful stereotyping is impossible to watch. It's embarrassing that good actors (Vanessa Williams not included) lent their skills to such an awful picture. Obvious and outward police racism that nobody could get away with (today, anyway) is commonplace, but ignored by everyone BUT Shaft. I know it's a sequel (of sorts) to the original, but even Jackson and a talented cast can't pull it off. No spoilers... Just, don't watch. You'll never get this time back.
