HEY EVERYONE...THE BOYS .... SEASON 2 IS FINALLY HERE....
As you guys known that this series goes through the dark of side of Superheroes mainly originated from DC and a few from Marvel universe. The series resembles the practical world in many ways i.e., Corporate World.
I really liked the Season 1 very much with the ending that i thought of.
The Season 2 looks promising too with the new supervillian.....sorry, "SUPERHERO" as the Vought says. I have completed until the 6th episode as of today...which is awesome. The story seems to be mixture of many movies/series that i have watched but creates a new feeling like no other.
Anyways i would recommend you to watch this when you are not depressed or anything as such as it goes darker.
If you are a SUPERHERO fan then look out you may change your sides.
Special mention to Visual effects. Looks really cool and realistic.
Kudos to the team on that.

Never meet your heroes because once you do, you’ll seem them for what they really are” is the quote Amazon’s dark, corporate take on superheroes emphasizes. The Boys breaks away from our usual superhero fatigue in favor themes and concepts that are a much-needed breath of fresh air. This concept isn’t anything new, but it’s the execution that makes it all worthwhile. Seeing our beloved super saviors as cold, profitable properties all attached together by corporate strings in parallel to ordinary people coming to grips with the reality of their heroes is the show’s striving point. Almost every supe’s backstory and progression throughout the narrative is written exceptionally well especially in terms of pacing. Next to supes, the chemistry between all the boys is truly captivating with even the slowest scenes becoming enjoyable with the show’s patent dark humor. It’s in the final few moments of the season where the show fumbles, however. Certain character arcs are left unknown in favor of saving and extending them for the next season. While it’s understandable from a narrative standpoint as it’s best not to lay all the cards on the table in the first season, some of these arcs feel slightly incomplete as the addition of one more scene or shot would’ve aided in completion. The Boys is a devilishly clever parody with a relatable twist on the superhero genre which deserves to be told in this day and age. And while there are some minor narrative missteps, the show makes up for it with its outrageously entertaining character chemistry and underlying meta-corporate concepts.

''Clever, Witty, Dark, &, A Masterpiece'' - The Flash 'The Boys' takes us to a world where superheros aren't superheroes, where the worst of the worst are seen as the best. It's an intriguing, entertaining, refreshingly funny black humoured masterpiece. The acting, writing, directing and so on and so forth, are totally what makes this show unique. The concept's execution, the almost perfect portrayal of the ''superheroes'' as a full-fledged tormented, yet still profoundly evil, three-dimensional characters, instead of just ''evil people who kill good people'' is really what makes this show a masterpiece for me! I hope everyone at least gives this show a try, because just watching the first episode lets you know what a highly-entertaining show this is & definitely WILL get you hooked!

If your looking for a breath of fresh air in the superhero genre, look no further than The Boys. The cast and acting is spot on, with Karl Urban and Anthony Starr's performances as its biggest highlights. The bloody and gory action is so good that you can't take your eyes off it. The dark comedy will have you holding your sides once you pick your jaw off the floor. Finally, the story is so well put together, that your hooked from the first episode. The Boys asks interesting questions about what happens when people with god-like powers and political influence begin using their gifts for darker purposes. This show isn't for everyone, but its still very worth a watch if your interested

A sharp, entertaining, eviscerating satire of superhero franchises and the culture that aggrandizes them. ... If Season 1 was great, Season 2 is even better, thanks to the expansion of the main characters’ back stories — which in turn throws the good-versus-evil, perfect folks-versus-regular slobs plot into even sharper relief. New twists and members of the ensemble are added judiciously, which is probably a strange word for a show that’s so wonderfully reckless

The first season was already a jackhammer to the senses, but the second season is even bigger and crazier. And I mean all that in a good way. The first season was about a bunch of vigilantes (the titular Boys) who have their own reasons to abhor the ‘supes’ or superheroes. This is a world in which superheroes like Justice League and Avengers exist, and instead of being symbols of hope and nobility, they are blinded by their fame and many of them are more like supervillains.

I really love it on every aspect. The season two is a masterpiece, who would think that you'd find the most sensible and complex analyse of current society and trends in an amazing superpower show. I would advice to really pay attention to what it says, it really talks to all of us encouraging us to think more deeply, it encourages us to be smart, to use our brains. Use the time between each episode to think about it because there is a way more to it than a good fun story, great actors and artistic direction.

Actually this was suggested by one of my friends. First of all...this webseries deals with the other side of superheroes..this mostly shows how superheroes use their powers to earn money. Starting episode was a great one..how Hughie's girlfriend Robin is killed by A-train but A-train doesn't even care or apologize. Director is very clever as he introduced exactly the point with in just half an hour of starting. Now season 2 recently started and they are releasing a episode every Friday - it is also very good.

They've completely gutted every storyline and every character and replaced them with cliches and more befitting the CW network, then injected an overbearing amount of cringy social politics. I loved season one but I am disappointed with season 2

Really impressed with this different kind of story that all guys with power are not really super heroes which makes it more interesting about this TV series. My favourite character is the Ehuii - he is basically a normal guy who want justice for his girlfriend who was killed by one of super heroes.

This show made me feel how useless is aquaman on land, for most of the missions related to humans, like he is mostly useful for rescue missions on real world in the ocean, etc. And now i get, that is why DC needed to build a underwater universe to make him feel powerful as well Also, Lol, homelander (superman or any super powered guy) could just kill off DareDevil type hero with a normal slap.. And that is why Black noir (supposed batman rip off) has superpower power of being indestructible and not just martial art skills! I used to wonder then why is black noir in the 7! Then they revealed when he assassinated

The Boys Season 2 delivers a welcomed bit of shock and awe in Episode 6 as we finally learn Stormfront's true intentions for Vought and the rest of humanity. Antony Starr and Aya Cash's on-screen chemistry continues to impress in Season 2, with both actors giving memorable performances.

Extremely new concept & superb series!! It a superhero show that show's the reality if superheroes were true, how their life's would be & how the earth would look like. Most supershow show & movies are all about positivity, helping Others, fighting crime & all glamorous & good part's, But this show is entirely different & show a different aspects of superhero where superhero with powers of DC characters are been artificially made through drugging a serum to infants & superhero exists in large numbers like mutants & 7 among the crowd are choosen to be part of "Vought", a organisation that manages these heroes, all crime is pre-planted, all things are made up & The seventh has extremely egoistic characters. The Vought manages these heroes, markets their crime fighting ability, manages their public image like a celeb and sells protection & crime fighting skills to other nations. The Shows has lot's of blood, brutality, starting with a character like flash who's pumped up on performance drug's and crashes with a girl on footpath which bursts like a balloon with blood all over, its fun????, comedy, thrilling, sci-fi. The superheroes instead pf saving people don't care & go on a killing spree & the boyfriend of the dead girl along with starlight & butcher tries to outweigh good over bad. The depiction of the series has a very comedy punch to it, a thrilling and no bore theme, least drama not like cw show's! A lot is happening in a episode.

This show takes all the superhero cliches and puts them upside down. It's like a behind the scenes look at Justice League. Seeing the superiority complex, the vanity, the nonchalant view of collateral damage. It's all hilarious. Also I love the actors and their performances. Jack Quaid is awesome and Karl Urban is really entertaining as he swears his way through scenes. Also huge props to Antony Starr for portraying such a sinister yet charismatic Homelander. It's wild how he ranges from terrifying to smiling from scene to scene or even moment to moment.

The Boys is a really funny black comedy. I binge watched the first series in 2 days. It's like a superhero Black Mirror in the way it handles the corporate takeover of governments and society as a whole and the publics submission to establishment media. There's some brilliant subtle (and some not so subtle) pisstakes of the MAGA crowd, but I doubt they've got the smarts to even spot them. It has a brilliant cast, especially Karl Urban who is great as the potty mouthed British super hater. Overall I really enjoyed it .

First it's just a very interesting take on the whole superhero genre. But there's also a lot more. Great actors, great storyline and very nice picture. I guess for me it's the best superhero series yet, followed by Titans and Umbrella Academy.Started watching this brilliant spin on a superhero show after dinner. Now it's 4 am and I have just watched the whole thing.

The wait is finally over. The Boys Season 2 has been released. The story is adapted from the popular Garth Ennis comic. Is this a wonderful story? I think so. Eric Kripke made this movie with a lot of effort. The original concept of the story is really good and new and quite well directed. Directed by: Eric Kripke Rating: U Genre: Sci-fi/Action/Adventure Cast: Laz Alonso, Jack Quaid, Tomer Capon and many more My Verdict: Plot - 4/5 Soundtrack - 3/5 Characters - 4/5 Directions - 4/5

Have been waiting for the season 2 from a long time and finally it's here . Didnt believe the villian they got there from the legendary show "the breaking bad" . Had lost his face but now this show has kept him alive. The story revolves around some supernatural people with some out of the world powers and their excitement. The main character has lost his wife and she is captive by the gangster and thier mission is to get her out of there at any cost. We see a new girl in the season 2 with the lighting powers just as thor and it just blew up my mind Instantly. Gonna just watch this season in a couple hours thanks to lockdown . By the way season 1 was damm great.
